We thank Barry et al.,[1] for critically reviewing our paper on injection nerve palsy,[2] and adding valuable comments. We agree that we did not discuss in detail about the mechanism of injection nerve injuries, as we did not have data from our innocent patients about how and what was injected. We have mentioned few of the mechanisms of injection nerve injuries in our previous review on injection injuries;[3] however, the comments provided by Barry et al.,[1] will make our article complete.
